• Act as the lead consultant throughout the project • Liaise with client to understand the requirements and translate them into the building design • Develop the concept design into submission / construction drawings • Prepare tender drawings, call tender, interview & recommend for award of tender • Contract / Project management • Monitor site progress, inspect building works • Obtain CCC • Assist in the commissioning of building upon hand over
